In a large bowl, mix all the base ingredients together until a sticky dough forms.

Transfer to a loaf tin lined with parchment paper and press the mixture down firmly.

In a blender, puree the cottage cheese and cream cheese until smooth.

Transfer to a bowl, then stir in the collagen, maple syrup, beetroot powder and pudding powder.

Pour the filling over the base and smooth the top.

Transfer to the freezer for 15 to 20 minutes.
