Subscription FAQ

How does the subscription work?

Every month, your order is automatically renewed on the same date. As a thank you for your loyalty, you enjoy a 15% discount on every order and free shipping on orders over $99 CAD. Everything is 100% flexible: you can manage your subscription directly from your account.

How do I manage my subscription?

Log in to your account right here, then click "Manage Subscription." You will be able to:

  • Modify your products
  • Pause your subscription
  • Skip a month
  • Cancel at any time
Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, after your first order, you can cancel your subscription whenever you want from your account. Simply click on "Cancel Subscription."

Can I cancel after payment has been made?

No. Once payment is processed, the order is automatically handled. If you no longer wish to receive the package, you can return the products for a refund (shipping costs are non-refundable). You will receive a reminder email 3 days before renewal to modify or cancel if needed.

I want to pause my subscription

From your account, click on "Pause." The subscription will remain suspended until you manually reactivate it.

I want to skip an order

In your account, click "Skip this order." Your next order will automatically be postponed to the following month.

I want to change the renewal date

Your subscription renews every month on the date of your first order. To change it:

  1. Go to your account
  2. Click on "Reschedule"
  3. Choose a new date for this order (and potentially following ones)
I want to advance my delivery

Need your products sooner? Click "Ship now" from your account. Your order will be sent immediately, and the following renewal will remain unchanged.

I want to change my shipping address

You can update your address in the "Shipping Information" section of your account. Click "Edit" to provide a new address or add another one.

I have a new credit card, what should I do?

Go to the "Payment Information" section of your account and click "Edit" to update your card.

I want to change product

You can modify your subscription product at any time. In your account, click on "Swap Product," then select the one you wish to receive.

I want to add a product to my subscription

You can add as many products as you want to your subscription. Go to your account and click "Add a Product." The 15% discount will apply to all products included in your subscription.

A product is out of stock

If a product is out of stock, you will receive an email informing you that the order will be suspended for this cycle. You can log in to your account to choose another product.
