At Girl Power, your satisfaction is at the heart of our priorities. If a product does not suit you, here is our policy to support you.

Return Policy You have 10 days following the receipt of your order to make a return or exchange request.

Opened and not liked product? We understand that sometimes, a product does not suit. In this case, we offer a store credit equivalent to the value of the product, applicable on a future order.

Unopened product? You can request a full refund (excluding shipping and return costs).

Important: Return costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not offer a prepaid return label.

Please indicate:

  • Your order number

  • The product concerned

  • The reason for the return

Refund Refunds are made only on unopened products, and will be processed within 5 to 10 business days after receipt and inspection of the return. The refund will be made to the original payment method.

Damaged Products If you receive a damaged or defective product, write to us as soon as possible with a supporting photo. We will find a quick solution for you.
