Decadent, creamy and rich in protein – perfect as a snack or frozen dessert!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 scoop of protein powderVanilla Girl Power
  • 3 crushed Oreos
  • œ cup of white chocolate
  • 1 tablespoon of coconut oil

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the yogurt, protein powder , and crushed Oreos.
  2. Divide the mixture into silicone molds (bite-sized or mini muffin size).
  3. Freeze for 1 to 2 hours.
  4. Melt the white chocolate with the coconut oil.
  5. Dip each bite in the melted chocolate, then return to the freezer to set.
