Protein brownies with date caramel

In a food processor, blend all the base ingredients until a sticky, homogeneous dough is formed.

Press approximately 1 tablespoon of the mixture into each cavity of a silicone mini muffin mold.

In a blender, combine the date caramel ingredients until smooth and creamy.

Pour about 1 tsp of the caramel over each brownie.

Melt the chocolate chips with the almond butter.

Pour about ½ tsp of melted chocolate over each brownie, then sprinkle with a pinch of fleur de sel.

Place in the refrigerator until the chocolate hardens.
