Tiramisu Chia Pudding

Ingredients

For the chia pudding:

For the garnish:

  • ⅓ cup of plain Greek yogurt
  • ⅓ cup mascarpone cheese
  • 1 tablespoon of maple syrup
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • Cocoa powder (for sprinkling)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients for the chia pudding. Refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours.

  2. Meanwhile, in another bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt, mascarpone, maple syrup, and vanilla extract to create the topping.

  3. Once the pudding has set, assemble the portions: start with a layer of pudding, add the filling, then sprinkle with cocoa.

  4. Enjoy!
