J’ai intégré ce supplément depuis plus d’un an maintenant, et je vois une grande différence. Plus de sautes d’humeur, plus de crampes. Moi qui ai toujours eu un cycle chaotique (35 à 70 jours), je suis maintenant régulière à 28–30 jours. Je capote!!
